If a user is logged on with administrative user rights, an attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could take complete control of the client workstation. An attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights. Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer user rights on the system could be less impacted than users who operate with administrative user rights.
Thanks Bill for speedy response - it would have been a UK version came with old PC on Microsoft Works Suite 2002 which I still have DVD ROM for. The Money 2005 Version was a download link in one your posts - the post is below as seemed to be a workaround for similar problem albeit different versions as tried a few things before posting and taking peoples time. Appreciate your help
The Microsoft support link in Cal's response, LINK REMOVED gives a detailed process and a link to a Money 2005 minimal install file that should be able to convert your Money 99 Money.mny file to a Money 2005 version. Then you can download and install Money Sunset which should be able to convert the Money 2005 file to the Sunset format.
